In today’s busy and stressful world mental health difficulties are more prevalent than ever. These difficulties are having a greater impact on children and young people, with the potential for tragic consequences. In this webinar, mental health expert, Jacqui Cructhley will introduce you to mental health and mental illness. She will explain how to recognise when a child starts to struggle with their mental health; the reasons why early intervention is of vital importance and the benefits for getting professional input as soon as possible when signs of difficulty begin; the reasons why people often do not seek help sooner and she will have an in-depth discussion about what SUPPORTS you can give a child or young person who is struggling.
