Bunclody Vocational College

Week two of remote learning

Our second week of online learning for 2021 has been completed. We are all very impressed again this week with the high levels of engagement from our students

Dear parents/guardians,

I hope that you are all keeping safe and well.
Our second week of online learning has just been completed. Again this week, we are all very
impressed with the high levels of engagement from the pupils on Microsoft Teams. We know that this is strongly
supported at home and appreciate everything you are doing.

There continues to be so much coverage in the media about schools reopening and we understand that it
can be somewhat overwhelming, upsetting, and confusing. We will let you know as soon as we have any
further information / clarification on this from the Department. In the meantime work will continue next week for all students on Microsoft Teams.. If anybody encounters problems with their accounts please contact us.

Stay safe and keep well

Mr. Murphy

As we prepare to reopen our school on a phased basis, all parents are requested to read this important letter from Dr Ronan Glynn, Deputy Chief Medical Officer.
If you are interested in a further education course then check out whats available right here in the south east at Carlow Institute of Further Education.
Tune in to this panel of experts as they discuss how we can help our children develop ways of thinking about stress, adversity and challenge that builds confidence and capability.
