Bunclody Vocational College is a co-educational, multi denominational school, that has been delivering quality education to the young people of Bunclody and surrounding areas for the past seventy years. Our school is committed to excellence in education and our mission is based on care, respect, on meeting the needs of all students in our care, and on nurturing them to their full potential.

We offer an extensive programme of Junior and Leaving Certificate subjects as well as a broad Further Education programme. Our taster programme is one of the many advantages to be gained from attending Bunclody Vocational College. This unique feature of our school allows our students to experiment with all subjects in first year. Having uncovered their interests and talents we then tailor our optional subject bands so that pupils are carefully placed in subjects that are of interest to them. Our smaller classes are yet another characteristic of our school. This allows our teachers to maximise the time spent with each individual student. All subjects are offered at higher level and all students are encouraged to take as many higher level subjects as possible in their Junior and Leaving Cert exams.

Bunclody Vocational College is a thriving centre for education. We offer all students a broad, yet balanced programme of education and extra-curricular activities in safe and modern school environment.

I encourage you to explore our website. I am confident that you will be impressed with what we have to offer if you take the time to look. If you would like a tour of our schools excellent facilities and an opportunity to discuss what our school can offer your son/daughter then do not hesitate to contact us.
